چکیده
Abstract At the 12th Ministerial Conference in June 2022, Members of World Trade Organization ( WTO ) reached a historic Agreement on Fisheries Subsidies that aims to contribute United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. This article provides necessary background Agreement, tracing briefly history negotiations. After general overview three key provisions are examined, namely, prohibition subsidies (1) illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing, (2) fishing overexploited stocks, (3) fisheries high seas outside competence regional management organisations. The special differential treatment favour developing least developed countries, as well notable procedural institutional features, also considered. remaining issues still be addressed at highlighted conclusion.
